This website is operated by TinyStroke. Throughout the site, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to TinyStroke. TinyStroke makes this website available to you — the user — including all information, tools, and services offered here, on the condition that you accept all of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices set out below.
When you visit our site and/or buy something from us, you are using our "Service" and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that follow ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), together with any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced here or linked to from this page. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and anyone who contributes content.

SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
We run an SMS/MMS mobile messaging program (the "Program"), and your use of and participation in it is governed by these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). By opting in to or taking part in any of our Programs, you accept these terms and conditions — including your agreement to settle any dispute with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as described in the "Dispute Resolution" section below. The Program relies on artificial intelligence ("AI") to create personalized messages, product suggestions, and conversational replies. Some or all of the messages you receive through the Program may be written, in whole or in part, by AI systems rather than by a human.
AI-Powered Messaging. Messages delivered through the Program may be produced using artificial intelligence and machine learning. This means that certain messages — including product suggestions, promotional offers, and conversational replies — are generated by AI systems instead of being written by a person. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) AI-generated messages may contain errors. Although we work to provide helpful and accurate information, AI-generated messages can include mistakes about product details, pricing, availability, promotions, or other matters. You should independently confirm any product information, pricing, or promotional offer before deciding to make a purchase.
(b) AI replies are not professional advice. Messages produced by AI do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other kind of expert advice.
(c) Your conversations may be handled by AI. When you reply to our messages or take part in conversations through the Program, your responses may be processed by AI systems in order to generate relevant replies. The content of your messages, your purchase history, and your browsing activity may be used by AI systems to personalize your experience.
(d) You can ask to speak with a person. If at any point you would rather deal with a human representative than an AI system, you may request human assistance by contacting us at [CONTACT METHOD].
By taking part in the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages — which may include AI-generated content, personalized product suggestions, and conversational AI replies — at the phone number associated with your opt-in. You understand that agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. While you consent to receiving messages sent by an autodialer and/or containing AI-generated content, nothing here should be read to suggest or imply that any or all of our messages are in fact sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer"). You specifically agree to receive messages whose content is generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence.
If you no longer wish to take part in the Program, or you no longer accept this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any text message from us in order to opt out. You may then receive one further message confirming that you have opted out. You understand and agree that this is the only reasonable way to opt out, and that trying to opt out by texting other words, or by verbally asking one of our team members to remove you, does not count as a reasonable method of opting out.
You acknowledge that message frequency varies and that consent is not a condition of purchase. The Program sends recurring text messages, and additional messages may be sent from time to time depending on how you interact with us.
Data Use for AI Personalization. To send you personalized messages and suggestions through the Program, we may use information such as your purchase history, browsing activity, product preferences, and earlier message interactions. This information may be processed by AI systems, including third-party AI service providers, in order to create relevant, personalized communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Our AI service providers are contractually barred from using your personal information to train their general-purpose AI models.
You must own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, use a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless subscriber with text messaging service. Not every carrier supports the service needed to take part. Check your phone's capabilities for specific text-messaging instructions.
You may not use or engage with the platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to do so. By using or engaging with the platform, you confirm that you are not under thirteen (13), that you are either between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) with your parent's or guardian's permission or are of adult age in your jurisdiction, and that the law of your jurisdiction permits you to use and engage with the platform.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO: (A) INACCURACIES, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS IN AI-GENERATED MESSAGES, INCLUDING INCORRECT PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING, OR AVAILABILITY; (B) ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (C) ANY PRODUCT SUGGESTION PRODUCED BY AI SYSTEMS; OR (D) THE PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF AI FEATURES. THE PROGRAM AND ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
You represent and warrant to us that you hold all rights, power, and authority needed to accept these Terms and to carry out your obligations under them, and that nothing in this Agreement or in your performance of it will put you in breach of any other contract or obligation. If either party fails to enforce any right granted here, that failure will not be treated as a waiver of any further rights. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed only to the smallest extent necessary, and the rest of the Agreement will stay in full force and effect. Any new features, changes, updates, or improvements to the Program are subject to this Agreement unless we state otherwise in writing. We may revise this Agreement from time to time, and we will let you know of any updates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically and staying aware of any changes. By continuing to take part in the Program after a change is made, you accept the Agreement as modified.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given us consent to let any minor dependents of yours use this site.
You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you may not break any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
