Refund policy

Returns (Within 30 Days of Delivery)

If you're not satisfied with your order after receiving it, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including a change of mind.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged. A return label may be provided depending on your location.

Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed minus any applicable restocking fee.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must not be used, disassembled, or altered.
  • You must submit clear photo or video proof showing the issue.
  • If the packaging was damaged in transit, please include photos of that as well.

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Gentl reserves the right to approve or deny refund and return requests at its sole discretion.
  • Claims suspected to be fraudulent or abusive will not be honored.
