Shipping Process
⚠️ During peak periods (such as holidays or when stock is limited), order fulfillment may take up to 10 business days after production is completed.
- Once your order begins processing for shipping, no changes can be made (including address changes).
- We ship Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
- After shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information.
- Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered and the manufacturing partners involved.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email once your order has been transferred to the carrier.
- Tracking may take a few days to update after the item is in transit.
- If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@gentl.store.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping time varies by destination and begins after your order has shipped (not including production and fulfillment time).

Note: These are estimated business days and do not include the 3–4 week production timeline.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees upon arrival. These fees are:
- The sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Not controlled or estimated by Gentl.
- Not included in your order total at checkout.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any incurred shipping and customs fees.
Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Gentl is not responsible for packages that are:
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Lost in transit
- Damaged after delivery
📦 If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package, report it to your local carrier and file a claim.
We use carrier timestamps and delivery confirmations when reviewing claims. We may not be able to honor claims that are not reported promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
